Refunds
You can request a refund in case your parcel was not delivered, or if your products arrived damaged.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you can tell use on which crypto wallet you want to receive your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if your parcel has been blocked at the customs of your country. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@shopimeds.com.
Shipping returns
As you are purchasing medicines and not regular products, of course we do not accept returns, for the safety of all our customers.
